Sherman Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2017 right here in Sherman, TX - a city of about 45,000 people in Grayson County that has been growing steadily as families move north out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and put down roots in the Texoma region. We started this company because we saw homeowners stuck inside during brutal North Texas summers, looking out at patios and back porches they could not use. We knew there was a better way to connect a home to its yard.
Sherman is a real community, from the established neighborhoods near Austin College and the historic downtown square to the newer subdivisions going up on the north and east sides of the city. We have worked on homes across all of them - modest brick ranch houses built in the 1960s, homes near Lake Texoma, and newer builds where owners want to extend their living space right from the start.
What we build is straightforward: enclosed rooms that let you enjoy your home year-round, in spite of July heat that pushes past 100 degrees and winter cold snaps that can arrive fast and freeze hard. We are a local contractor, our crew works in this area, and we plan to keep building here. Every project we take on goes through the proper City of Sherman permit and inspection process - no shortcuts, no headaches when you sell.
